Construction of highway E80 in Serbia – Road and bridges at sub-section PROSEK – BANCAREVO

The section Prosek – Bancarevo, of total length 9,43 km, is part of Highway E80 Nis (Prosek) – Dimitrovgrad (State Border of Bulgaria), which is the basic road link within European Corridor X. The highway alignment follows the existing regional road R-241a or overlaps it. The first 4 km of the alignment are formed by embankment while the rest of it is in a hilly region with a lot of cuts. The construction also includes ten (10) bridges which are located within the first section of Highway E80.
