  • Creates a list of the most probable emergency-situation scenarios based on the geography of the surrounding area, the type of operations, the prevailing weather conditions and the capacity of the responding agencies and works on exercise scenarios to familiarize, train and raise the awareness of the responders to ensure the highest level of preparedness.
  • Collaborates with all departments of the Operations team to develop training material and tabletop exercises targeting the responses of the respective departments and ways of improving them.
  • Ensures that all Operations teams understand not only their roles but those of the other departments and are ready to support as and when necessary.
  • Participates in the establishment of a strong stakeholder relationship.
  • Serves as a liaison between airport management, airlines, regulatory agencies, and state authorities to ensure all entities are well prepared and have clear understanding of how to respond during an emergency.
  • Establishes the Aerodrome Emergency Planning Working Group with the participation of all the main stakeholders and which will be responsible to assess the emergency response strategy, policy and procedures.
  • Conducts debriefing sessions following an emergency exercise or actual emergency to collect feedback and identify areas of improvement.
  • Develops a corrective actions plan and implements accordingly.
  • Supports, manages and/or takes the lead during emergency situations to ensure the Emergency Plan is being followed and all actions are coordinated in order to reinstate normal operations of the airport.
  • Represents the Company in International forums, gains knowledge and expertise in emergency planning and management and proposes new processes, procedures, technologies that will support the handling of an emergency and the best business continuity methods.
  • Develops a disabled aircraft removal plan / identifies the optimum solution based on data related to the airport traffic, aircraft mix and risk assessment results.
  Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in airport management, aviation operations, emergency and business continuity planning or related roles, with demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of airport operations, emergency, contingency and business continuity planning and handling, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, with knowledge of European aviation regulations and standards.

Η ΤΕΡΝΑ Α.Ε., εταιρεία του Ομίλου ΓΕΚ ΤΕΡΝΑ αναζητά: Document Controller (The Ellinikon Mall-PARKRISE) Αρμοδιότητες:
  • Διαχειρίζεται το σύνολο των εισερχόμενων και εξερχομένων εγγράφων του έργου, διασφαλίζοντας ότι ακολουθούνται οι απαραίτητες διαδικασίες
  • Επιμελείται τη μεταβίβαση των εταιρικών εγγράφων, τη συλλογή των υπογραφών και των εσωτερικών εγκρίσεων βάσει διαδικασιών
  • Παρακολουθεί και διαχειρίζεται την ηλεκτρονική πλατφόρμα του έργου και αρχειοθετεί ηλεκτρονικά τις σχετικές μελέτες (σχέδια και έγγραφα)
  • Ταξινομεί και αρχειοθετεί εισερχόμενα και εξερχόμενα έγγραφα (φυσικό & ηλεκτρονικό αρχείο) & διασφαλίζει την αποτελεσματική διαχείριση της εσωτερικής και εξωτερικής αλληλογραφίας
  • Προετοιμάζει επιστολές και μηνιαίες αναφορές
  • Βοηθά στη διαχείριση όλων των εξερχόμενων εγγράφων, ιδίως στην έκδοση επιστολών, αναφορών, εκθέσεων και σχεδίων
  • Κρατά ενήμερο το αρχείο των εγγράφων και μελετών του έργου σύμφωνα με τις αναθεωρήσεις
Απαιτούμενα προσόντα:
  • Πτυχίο ΤΕΙ/ ΑΕΙ Σχολών Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων, Λογιστικής, Πληροφορικής, Τεχνολόγων Μηχανικών ή αντίστοιχων ειδικοτήτων
  • 5 έτη εργασιακής εμπειρίας κατ’ ελάχιστον
  • Εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση διαχείρισης εγγράφων έργου ή τεχνικής διεύθυνσης
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών (προφορικά και γραπτά)
  • Άριστη γνώστη MS Office

Η ΝΕΑ ΕΓΝΑΤΙΑ ΟΔΟΣ ΠΑΡΑΧΩΡΗΣΗ Α.Ε. αναζητά: District Engineer Αρμοδιότητες:
  • Παρακολουθεί και ελέγχει την πρόοδο των εργασιών κατασκευής και βαριάς συντήρησης στον τομέα ευθύνης του, σύμφωνα με τις εγκεκριμένες μελέτες, τις τεχνικές προδιαγραφές, τα χρονοδιαγράμματα και τον προϋπολογισμό.
  • Διενεργεί τακτικές επιθεωρήσεις πεδίου και παρακολουθεί την απόδοση υπεργολάβων και συνεργείων.
  • Διασφαλίζει την ποιότητα των εκτελούμενων εργασιών και την τήρηση των συμβατικών και κανονιστικών απαιτήσεων.
  • Ελέγχει επιμετρήσεις, πιστοποιήσεις και τεχνικά στοιχεία των εργασιών και υποστηρίζει τη σύνταξη σχετικών αναφορών.
  • Συμμετέχει στον συντονισμό και την αξιολόγηση επιτόπιων και εργαστηριακών ποιοτικών δοκιμών και γεωμετρικών ελέγχων.
  • Εντοπίζει αποκλίσεις ή τεχνικά ζητήματα και εισηγείται διορθωτικές ενέργειες στον Construction & Asset Manager.
  • Υποστηρίζει τη διαχείριση τεχνικής και συμβατικής αλληλογραφίας που αφορά τον τομέα ευθύνης του.
  • Παρακολουθεί και διασφαλίζει την εφαρμογή των διαδικασιών Υγείας & Ασφάλειας στο πεδίο.
  • Συμβάλλει στη συλλογή και τήρηση τεχνικών στοιχείων και δεδομένων για το Τεχνικό Αρχείο και το Asset Management System.
  • Συμμετέχει σε τεχνικές συσκέψεις με υπεργολάβους, συμβούλους και λοιπούς εμπλεκόμενους.
Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:
  • Πτυχίο Πολιτικού Μηχανικού ή συναφούς τεχνικής ειδικότητας.
  • 5–8 έτη εμπειρίας σε έργα οδικών υποδομών ή/και έργα μεγάλης κλίμακας.
  • Καλή κατανόηση τεχνικών μελετών, προδιαγραφών και διαδικασιών κατασκευής.
  • Εξοικείωση με επιμετρήσεις, πιστοποιήσεις και τεχνική τεκμηρίωση έργων.
  • Καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας (προφορικά και γραπτά).
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση εφαρμογών MS Office
