The area is located at the “Sindoni” location, Petrothalassa, Ermioni, with a total area of 169.28 hectares. The company is proceeding with the inclusion of the 55.50 hectares section of the total area, which is currently outside the urban planning, in the already approved urban planning study of 113.93 hectares (Government Gazette 183/AAP/2017).
The entire property falls within the PERPO 1 search zone, allowing the development of a second home through the PERPO institution. The process includes a new urban planning study for expansion and revision, aiming at organized planning.
