The office complex THE GRID is planned to be constructed on a 16,100 m² plot at the intersection of Chimarras Street and Maroussi-Chalandri Avenue, with a total built-up area of 61,500 m², of which 26,400 m² correspond to above-ground spaces and 35,100 m² to underground areas.

The complex consists of two L-shaped buildings positioned opposite each other, forming a central garden with extensive greenery. Each building comprises three distinct volumes connected by “bridges.” Each building includes a solar atrium, enclosed by the main entrance and external staircases. The exterior façades are fully clad with an energy-efficient envelope, and the complex is expected to achieve the highest LEED certification level, PLATINUM.
