It is a landmark building located in the centre of Athens, which was constructed between 1920 and 1940 and covers an entire city block.

It houses a shopping centre, three theatres, offices, shops on the ground floor, a restaurant, cafeterias and underground auxiliary areas (warehouses, engine room, etc.) with a total surface area of 100 000 m2.

The project involved the maintenance and renovation of the building complex, the support, reconstruction and completion of all structural foundations, the shell formation of all offices, shops, restaurants and cafes, the complete construction of underground areas, the renovation of the galleries and the reconstruction of three theatres with a capacity of 1,500, 500 and 300 people respectively.
