GEK TERNA Group owns a large and diversified portfolio of concessions, which includes major infrastructures (transportation, tourism, environmental), as well as notable projects in the field of the digital economy.
The broad portfolio of GEK TERNA Group includes:


In particular, the Group holds 100% of the concession companies NEA ODOS SA and KENTRIKI ODOS SA, while it also participates in the concession company OLYMPIA ODOS SA. The Group also leads the consortium that has been selected as the preferred investor for the EGNATIA ODOS SA concession project, the largest motorway in Greece,while during 1H 2023 it was signed the contract for the construction and the 30-year concession of the Hersonissos-Neapoli road axis where GEK TERNA participates with 55%.
A milestone for the Group’s concessions portfolio is its nomination as preferred investor for the concession of the right to operate, maintain and commercially exploit Attica Motorway for a period of 25 years .

At the same time, GEK TERNA Group leads the concession company NEW INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT OF HERAKLION, CRETE SA, which has been established for the construction and management of the New International Airport of Heraklion Crete, while it participates in the consortium that will manage the Port of Kavala.

Among the Group’s most emblematic assets in the field of concessions, is the IRC Athens (Integrated Resort Casino), the integrated tourism and entertainment development with a casino in Elliniko, a project that will further upgrade the position of the city of Athens and the country as a whole on the world tourist map.

In addition, through TERNA ENERGY, GEK TERNA Group:
  • Is active in waste management projects in the municipalities of Epirus and Peloponnese.
  • Participates in the company Hellas Smart Ticket on behalf of OASA Group's companies and in the joint venture that implements the project “Digital Transformation, Telematics and Unified Automatic Fare Collection System for the Transport Authority of Thessaloniki  (TheTA)”.
  • Participates in the consortium that is the contractor for four (4) Geographical Zones for the Ultra-Fast Broadband (UFBB) infrastructure development project.

Finally, the Group continues its activity in the area of Management and Operation of Car Parking Stations.
