We believe in the younger generation and provide employment opportunities that enhance their skill development and work experience. All trainees begin with a clear Role and Responsibility Description, enabling them to learn and train on-the-job, understand the work environment, and acquire the appropriate professional culture.

The core components of the Internship Training period include:

• Theoretical training through specialized courses at the “GEK TERNA_Knowledge_Center”
• Project site visits
• Participation in meetings
• Engagement with heads of various departments
• Mentorship with feedback from experienced Executives
