GEK TERNA Group (Bloomberg: GEKTERNA GA / RIC: HRMr.AT) announces that on 03/03/2026 its 100% subsidiary URBAN SERVICES Single Member S.A. acquired through a stock exchange transaction a 9.71% stake in EYDAP S.A. (Ticker: EYDAP) for a total consideration of € 103.4m.

EYDAP is the largest company in Greece in the water supply, sewerage and wastewater treatment sectors. The company operates through a regulated framework and serves over 40% of the population of the country.

The transaction is inline with GEK TERNA’s strategy to invest in critical infrastructure assets that offer long-term, inflation protected and recurring revenue streams. Moreover the area of water resources and relevant infrastructure management is anticipated to experience a significant investment cycle over the coming periods, given the climate adaptation requirements and modernization needs across Greece.
