Conversion of an existing industrial facility into MARE WEST Retail Park, comprising two independent building complexes of a total area of 14.222m² in a field of 71.467m².

The Project includes:

Demolition of whole buildings or buildings’ parts, steel structures (roofs, pillars, reinforced concrete superstructure & slabs).
Repair of existing reinforced concrete structure & reinforcement with shotcrete (gunite) and new steel structures.
Building complexes comprises of small and larger retail stores with independent entrances, supermarket, cafes, restaurants, offices, & public areas.
Constructions in the surrounding area: tensile structures, steel pergolas, fixed glass roofs, three kiosks, a playground and also: planting areas, pedestrian sidewalks, traffic lanes, parking lots, cargo unloading docks, & sewage treatment plant.
