BIM Manager
TERNA S.A., the construction company of GEK TERNA Group seeks to hire a:
BIM Manager 
 
Main responsibilities:
 
  • Responsible for the design and implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM), the Digital Construction procedures at the design, construction and handover stages of a project
  • Acts as the intermediary between designers, clients and architects aiming at project’s efficiency
  • Works closely with BIM coordinators, responsible for producing project information models 
  • Ensures that BIM execution plans are produced and maintained for each project
  • Trains or upskills colleagues in specific software programs
  • Produces monthly reports for senior managers, to identify and measure BIM implementation
  • Keeps up-to-date with advancements in building technology and adheres to the latest industry standards
  • Drives the implementation of digital information plans and strategies
  • Leads meetings to identify project tasks and resolves issues
  • Oversees BIM budgets
  • Raises the profile of BIM across departments and teams
 
Required Qualifications:
  • BSc in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of proven experience in BIM Implementation, 5 of them in complex projects and developing models
  • Proficient user in a range of BIM Authoring and proprietary Software applications, such as Navisworks, Revit, BIM 360 or similar
  • Excellent understanding of  legal and contractual guidelines
  • Fluency in English language (oral and written)
