Senior Mechanical Engineer (Microsoft Data Center)

TERNA S.A., member of GEK TERNA GROUP S.A. is seeking for a:
Senior Mechanical Engineer (Microsoft Data Center)

Main responsibilities:

Supervises and coordinates procedures for the Building Project under construction, related to the Mechanical sector
Prepares and reviews technical drawings, specifications and calculations for Mechanical equipment
Collects specifications for mechanical materials and equipment in collaboration with Procurement Department
Participates in the preparation and monitoring of Contracts, drafting of Bill of Quantities and Cost Estimate
Participates in preparation and monitoring of contracts and oversees contractual obligations of third parties (providers, subcontractors etc.)
Provides technical guidance and support to project teams and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
Prepares reports on weekly / monthly basis and informs Project Manager about work progress

Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering AEI/TEI
5+ years of relevant experience in building constructions
Very good knowledge of MS Project scheduling and AutoCAD design
Excellent command of English, both oral and written

Skills:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
