Construction site manager
TERNA S.A., member of GEK TERNA Group, is currently looking for a:

Construction site manager
 
Responsibilities:
  • Leads planning, execution and delivery of construction project from initiation to completion
  • Supervises of the engineering project team, coordinates the day-to-day activities and the progress on the Construction site
  • Develops and implements comprehensive project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress against established targets and timelines
  • Checks design documents, technical files and other technical documentation as required
  • Monitors and mitigates any risks arising on-site and acts proactively
  • Identifies cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive project success
  • Provides progress reports and regularly communicating with the client and the Project team
  • Manages relations with engineers, subcontractors and working crew, ensuring compliance with all regulations and quality standards
  • Maintains regular communication with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and others involved in the project
  • Ensures compliance with all relevant regulations and contractual obligations
  • Develops and implements policies and procedures for the construction, promoting best practices in health and safety
Requirements:
  • BSc degree in Civil engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction supervision experience in a leadership role
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Deep knowledge of construction processes (concrete structures, earthwork, metal and carpentry works, MEP installations, etc.)
  • Good understanding of legal, technical and commercial issues related to construction projects
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools
