Senior Architect Engineer (Building Sector – Milos Island)

TERNA S.A., member of GEK TERNA GROUP S.A. is seeking for a:
Senior Architect Engineer (Building Sector – Milos Island)

Responsibilities:

Manages planning, execution and completion of construction project, ensuring all phases are executed according to timeline
Supervises on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards and regulatory requirements
Provides technical support and guidance to the construction team, including contractors, subcontractors and site workers, ensuring all engineering aspects are addressed
Assists in preparing project budgets and manages costs to keep projects within financial limits, ensuring efficient use of resources
Maintains accurate and detailed project documentation, including daily reports, schedules and project plans
Supervises the implementation of the original plan and proposes changes to the original design, if needed
Promotes and enforces health and safety standards on construction sites

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
10+ years of working experience in related roles
Proficiency in architectural design software
Excellent knowledge of AutoCad
Excellent knowledge of English language, both oral and written
Ability to operate in a highly technical field
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and legal regulations

Skills:

Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
