Livieratos Mansion, Athens
Livieratos Mansion is the sole known residence designed by architect Al. Nikoloudis at the beginning of the 20th century and comprises one of the very few examples of French Neobaroque architecture. Access to the building is particularly easy, since many public transport links serve Patission and 3rd September Streets while at an approximately 400 meter distance the “Plateia Victoria” Metro station is located. The property was renovated and sold to private investor.
