205 Alexandras Av. Buidling is located close to the “Ambelokipi” Metro station and is on the boundary of the traffic cordon, and next to the intersection of Kifissias and Alexandras Avenues.
It is a contemporary, high aesthetics, bioclimatic office and retail building designed by the famous architect Mr. Al. Tompazis. The building is comprised of retail ground level, six (6) above ground floors of offices accommodating services of the Ministry Of Environment Planning and Public Works and four (4) underground floors where parking areas and electrical/mechanical equipment are allocated.
